Vēl vienas beigas / Another end

Pirms ieejam Jaunajā gadā es vēlētos visiem un arī sev novēlēt – būt DROSMĪGIEM! 

 

Tieši drosme ir tas, kas tik bieži pietrūkst, lai īstenotu savus sapņus. Un arī man tās reizēm pietrūkst. Pēdējās dienas bijušas pārdomu pilnas – par pagājušo, par sasniegto, par nesasniegto, par pagātnes rēgiem... Reizēm ir sajūta, ka ir par grūtu, pārāk daudz jācīnās, lai sasniegtu sapņus... es negribu cīnīties un man nevienam nekas nav jāpierāda. Vienkārši gribās būt viegluma plūsmā un darīt to, kas no sirds patīk – un to es arī cenšos darīt. Un dariet arī jūs to, ko mīlat darīt visvairāk, neskatoties ne uz ko! Mīliet sevi un esiet drosmīgi, jo tikai tā var sasniegt savus sapņus!

Before we are entering the New year I would like to wish everybody and myself – to be FEARLESS!

 

Fearlessness is one thing that is missing to carry out our dreams. I am missing it sometimes, too. Last few days have been full of wondering – about what has been, about achievements, about things that haven’t been achieved, about ghosts of the past... Sometimes it feels too much, too much to fight for to reach for our dreams... I don’t want to fight or to prove anything to anyone. I just want to be in the flow of ease and to do things I love most – and I’m trying to do so. And you should do it too, no matter what. Love yourselves and be brave cause that’s the only way to achieve our dreams!

I have always been a bit upset that all the fun is going on while I'm asleep (meaning - activity going on in that part of the planet where is a day while we are having a night). Lapas vējā / Leaves in the Wind

Lai gan lapas pie mums sen jau kā nokritušas, toties vējš šodien bija spēcīgs. Te viens senāk iesākts tops - veidots pēc vienkāršas piegrieztnes no trikotāžas auduma ar tamborētām lapu aplikācijām. 

The leaves have fallen some time ago, but there was a strong wind today. I started this top a while ago - made it from jersey fabric, used a simple pattern and made leaf-shaped appliques on.

Jauna nedēļa un jauns apraksts - teksts kaut kur dzirdēts, piedodiet par atkārtošanos. :) Decembris kā jau pirmssvētku laiks pilns steidzamu darbu - visiem visu vajag, un tagad un uzreiz. :)

New week and new pattern - this text is repeating already, sorry for that. :) December is pre-holiday time - everybody wants everything and right now. :)

Uzmeistaroju šo jaku draudzenei uz dzimšanas dienu. Biju "apsolījusi" viņai krokodiļ-šalli, bet šeku reku - ierados ar jaku un jaunu frizūru (to arī pie reizes varat ievērtēt). Zināju, ka viņa meklē jaku - un kam tad domātas draudzenes, kas tamborē? :) Viņai jaka ļoti patika un tajā pat vakarā jau tika likta lietā.

I made this cardigan for my friend for her birthday. I "promissed" her to make a crocodile-shawl, but I came with the cardigan and a new haircut instead (you can check that out, too). I knew she was looking for a cardigan - and what are friends that crochet for? :) She loved the cardigan and wore it already on that very evening.

"Tamborēti" atradumi / "Crochet" Findings

Šodien vēlos pastāstīt par kaut ko ar tamborēšanu saistītu, ko ieraudzīju apmeklējot Ziemassvētku Veikalu (Galleria Rīga 3. stāvā un t/c Mols 2. stāvā).

Šīs Muhamors radītās krūzes un šķīvji, uz kurām redzami tamborētu mežģīņu nospiedumi manī raisīja neviltotu smaidu. Izskatās smuki, un domāju, ka tambor-mīļi būtu priecīgi par šādu dāvanu (varat "netīšām" atstāt vaļā šo ierakstu vīru datoros...). :)

Today I would like to tell what I saw when I was visiting Christmas Store.

Those "crocheted" cups and plates created by Muhamors made me smile. It looks pretty and I think crochet-lovers would love to get this as a present (you can "unintentionally" leave this post open on your husbands' computers....). :)
