The Novembris shawl is worked from the longest edge toward the tip. It uses crochet short rows and a back-loop technique to create beautiful flat cables. Decreases are made on every row, which makes the process both intuitive and satisfying. To finish, a slip-stitch edging is worked all around the shawl to neatly close the short rows.
